From boosting cognitive skills to improving fine motor abilities. Moreover, it aids children in regulating and soothing their bodies for a calming and grounding effect. Sensory Play has many therapeutic benefits in assisting children to calm and soothe their nervous systems.

This week, our Play Therapy sessions featured Kmart's sensory tray and various toys from Kmart. While we typically use large sand trays during our play therapy sessions, Kmart's sensory tray offers a versatile option for sensory play activities like kinetic sand, slime, water, or goop, as featured in our video.

It's not just about the sensory tray though, let’s explore an array of other toys from Kmart that complement and elevate the sensory play experience. From fairy gardens to mindfulness stones, Kmart has curated a wonderful selection that caters to various interests and age groups. Among them, the most popular toys of all are our Bluey and Bingo figurines. They feature in most of our play therapy sessions.
