Inspiring Play: Play Therapy fees as of 01 April 2024 for privately funded and NDIS Funded play therapy and parent sessions:
Privately Funded & NDIS Funded Child and Family Play Therapy Service Rates
Initial Parent/Caregiver Intake Appointment:
Duration: 1-1.5 hours
Rate: $193.99 per hour
Weekly Therapy Appointment:
Duration: 45 minutes therapy + 15 minutes notes/prep
Rate: $193.99
Parent/Caregiver Update Session (every 5-6 weeks):
Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour
Rate: $193.99 per hour
Written Reports:
Duration: 2-3 hours
Rate: $193.99 per hour
Responding to emails and telephone inquiries (over 15 minutes):
Rate: $193.99 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments)
Cancellation Policy:
Inspiring Play requires 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations to avoid cancellation fees.
Please note: Medicare rebates are not available for Inspiring Play sessions at this time.
NDIS Funded Play Therapy Sessions
NDIS funded self and plan managed play therapy sessions are funded at the current NDIS Price Guide Rate. Services at Inspiring Play can be accessed under the following NDIS supports:
Early Intervention Supports (0 to 6 years)
Capacity Building- Improved Daily Living
Early Childhood Supports- Early Childhood Professional
Capacity Building Supports (ages 7 to 10 years)
Capacity Building- Improved Daily Living
Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training- Other Professional
